Payment Information
For the regular and playoff season, pools at Armchair cost $20 CAD. This is regardless of how many poolies you have in your pool or how big your teams are. Olympic pools are only $5.25, also including unlimited poolies.
When you create a pool, you automatically receive a 3 week free trial. This allows you to try out our site and make sure it works for your pool. You can make payment at anytime during this process by following a link from the pool on your myPools page.
If your 3 week trial ends before you make payment, you will lose access to your pool. This does not mean your pool is lost. Your pool information stays in the system, and will be accessible again once payment is made. If your pool is locked because your trial has ended, simply click on the pool and you will be directed to the payment page.
Make a Payment
To make a payment, click on the payment link from within your pool . You will be directed to the BeanStream payment page where you may pay by credit card or debit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are given solely at the discretion of Armchair Pools. In the event of a site malfunction, or a problem with your specific pool, please contact our support team at support@armchairpools.com. Most likely, your problem will be solved quickly and your pool will be returned to its correct state. In the unlikely event that a problem with the website renders your pool useless for an unacceptable amount of time (as determined by armchairpools.com), a full or partial refund will be given.
