Drop Lowest Setting

To access a pool’s drop lowest setting, open the desired pool from the my Pools page.
Player roles are then found under the [Pool Settings -> Drop/Keep] menu item. Only users with administrative privileges can see this menu item

The drop lowest setting automatically excludes, or drops, a number of lowest scoring players from a poolies point totals.
This feature is useful because it gives each poolie room for unlucky picks due to injury, retirement, or contract issues.

Dropped players are calculated separately for totals dealing with different date ranges. For example, it is possible that a player dropped from a season total calculation may be included in the calculation for the monthly total.
This would mean that the player is one of the lowest scoring players on the season, but he is not a lowest scoring player for the month.

To specify the number of dropped players, simply select the [Drop Players] option and enter the desired value in the input box. If you do not want to drop any players, enter 0 in the input box.
