- Yes, Armchair Pools fully supports trades. You can trade a player and transfer all his previous points to the new team, or choose to keep players' previous points with the original team.
- I think my pool stats are wrong. Can you look into it?
- Armchair Pools takes the accuracy of our pools and our NHL statistics seriously. We get our data from www.stats.com , the industry leader of sport statistics collection and publishing. However, mistakes do occur from time to time, so if you think you see an error, please send us an email and we will look into it right away. When discrepencies occur, Armchair Pools considers the data from NHL.com as official.
- One of my poolies did not receive their password. What can I do?
- Ask your poolie to check their spam/junk folders. Some email providers will mark our emails as spam and file them accordingly. If your poolie still cannot find the invitation, you can manually send it to them by clicking the “Manually Send Password” link next to their name on the “Add Teams” page (it ‘s to the right of the hockey stick icon). Just paste this link into an email and send it to them. Since the email is now from you, it should get past the spam filters.
