I took "Cajanek" when I meant to say "Plekanek" in my Olympic draft. Fortunately, my fellow poolies let me take it back. Plekanek had a goal as did Jaromir Jagr as the Czech Republic beat The Slovaks 3-1. Jagr went in the 7th round in my draft. Seriously. Even Brendan Morrow was picked before Jagr. Whoops.
Jagr scored the game-winner and thanks to Shane it is now credited to him and not Tomas Plekanek. Sorry to anyone who was initially denied a point.
Anyway, the stats for the Feb 17th games have been loaded. Check out your pools if you haven't already.
We had a few emails about Jerome Iginla and his third goal on Feb 16th. Initially credited to Rick Nash but then later given to Iginla. This brings up a good point though. In the issue of a stat discrepancy, we will be considering the stats from the IIHL as correct. You can check out IIHL stats and standings
