Boxes for our Olympic Hockey Pool are up!
January 12, 2010 at 4:12 am
Can you only enter by a email invitation ? Can you print off a copy of the picks to bring with you and then enter the poolies as the Admin in your pool individually?

Whether you do a box or draft style pool, you add your poolies teams by ‘inviting’ them. This sends them an email with their username/password. Its a good way also to confirm who is going to be in your pool. If you are doing a draft style pool choose ‘draft’ not ‘box’, and then the admin can enter the picks for all the poolies. You also have more flexibility with the pool rules, team sizes, etc if you do a draft pool.

Where can I view the olympic boxes?
January 13, 2010 at 3:30 pm
The Olympic Boxes can be viewed once you have created a box-style pool. Each pool is $5 but you get a free trial from now until the Olympics. So if you just want to see the boxes, create a pool and check them out. There is no obligation to pay.

Can we hide the groups picks until they are locked?
January 28, 2010 at 11:44 am
It is a popular request and we will eventually implement this. However, for the Olympics, you will not be able to restrict poolies from seeing each other picks.

Is 20 the maximum amount of players we can take? I have my sheets made, handed out and entires coming in, but they all have 23 players!!

Hi Darren – don’t worry, each team can have whatever number of players you want. So 23 is fine! Warren

Can you submit more than one team under one log in name? Many people in my office would like to submit multiple teams.

Hi Michael, This has been a very popular request. I am writing a blog post explaining your options in this regard. I will put a link to it here when it is posted, but it will also be on the top of the blog for a while. Warren
